Terms & Conditions
Our reports reflect subjective opinions and are based on examinations conducted by at least two qualified gemologists. The information provided is accurate as of the time of testing and does not account for any modifications made to the item afterward.
Clients are responsible for and agree to hold Saint Athena Gem Lab and its employees harmless from any injury, loss, damage, or destruction of articles entrusted for examination while in our possession, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.
We assume no liability for any actions taken based on our reports. Saint Athena Gem Lab is not liable for special or consequential damages resulting from errors or omissions in the report, even if caused by our negligence.
Our reports are not guarantees, valuations, or appraisals, and we make no representations or warranties regarding the issued reports or the articles described therein. The use of our reports, trademarks, or service marks requires prior written authorization from us.
Gemstones may be enhanced after leaving our premises. If there are concerns about an item’s current condition, it can be submitted for re-evaluation.
